BOOTS CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef, sauteed & browned
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 lg. onions, cut up
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans kidney beans
1 can pork & beans

Saute first 6 ingredients. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and garlic powder. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add beans, heat and serve.
