PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. fat
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl cream fat, add the 2 kinds of sugar gradually and cream together until well blended. Sift flour, measure; then add salt, baking powder and soda. Sift the mixture. Add the dry ingredients and pineapple alternately with the fat and sugar mixture. Mix until well blended. Add vanilla and nuts and mix again.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until light brown.

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cream
Pineapple juice

Mix butter, cream and sugar until well blended. Add some pineapple juice to make frosting smooth enough to spread. Frost cookies while warm.
