1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. crushed pineapple

Cream sugar, egg, shortening. Beat well. Add pineapple and other ingredients. Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes.
