CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn to bite size
2-3 chicken breasts, shredded and cooked
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 pkg. alfalfa sprouts
6 shredded green onions
Toasted almonds

Combine.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. white or rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sesame oil

Put dressing on just before serving and toss.
