CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut wings at joints; discard tips.

In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Mix to blend. Place over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.

Place wings in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Brush with sauce. Cook for 1 hour, turning occasionally and brush with remaining sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 8-10.
