FAVORITE CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/4 pkg. Maifun rice sticks (13 3/4 oz.)
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 c. chicken breasts, cooked & slivered (cold)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
Slivered almonds

Combine mustard, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil, rice vinegar and ginger in jar. Shake well and set aside for dressing.
