MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, juice and all

Combine all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar, white
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together.
