HUNGARIAN GOULASH
2 lbs. stew meat
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
1/4 c. water

Can make night before - cook next day.

Put meat into crock pot; cover with sliced onion.

Combine garlic, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika and mustard in bowl. Stir in water. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 9-10 hours. (I don't cook that long.) Turn to high.

Dissolve flour in small amount of cold water and stir into meat mixture. Cook on high 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 5 to 6 servings. Double this recipe for family of 4. (Actually my husband's specialty)
