BROCCOLI PASTA TOSS 
2 c. broccoli florets
4 oz. fettuccine, broken up
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper

In a large saucepan, cook broccoli and fettuccine in a large amount of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes, just until tender, stirring once or twice. Drain. Add oil to pasta mixture and toss. Add cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
