SMALL HAM LOAVES 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork, not sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. graham crackers, crushed
2 c. milk

Mix well. Shape into 2 dozen loaves (can be frozen, do not freeze sauce)

SAUCE:

2 c. tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Bake loaves 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Drain off fat after 45 minutes of baking. Add the sauce and continue baking.
