4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
7 oz. marshmallow topping
3-4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and milk in a large pan. Cook and stir constantly until rolling boil, turn down heat and let boil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Have ready in a large bowl the 3 packages chocolate chips, 1/2 pound butter and 7 ounces marshmallow topping.

When sugar is done, pour slowly into chocolate mixture until well blended. Add nuts and vanilla. Beat mixture until right consistency is obtained, then pour into a well buttered 9"x13" pan. Makes approximately 5 pounds.
