1 can artichoke hearts, not marinated, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pinch cayenne
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients well and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with an assortment of fresh dipping vegetables and cubed French bread.
