4 pork steaks
3/4 to 1 c. western dressing
1 tbsp. lard
Salt and pepper

Brown steaks in hot lard on both sides; season. After browning, place steaks on foil covered cookie sheet. Brush both sides of steaks with salad dressing. Fold foil over top of steaks loosely. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.
