PORK STEAK AND LIMAS 
4 lean pork steaks
1 c. dried limas
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Soak limas over night. Drain. Brown pork steaks and onion in hot fat. Put limas in casserole, add seasonings and water; top with steaks and onion. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Mix brown sugar and vinegar and pour over steaks. Bake 15 minutes more.
