HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped or minced onions
garlic salt to taste
3 oz. pkg. dried or chipped beef, chopped
pecans

Soften cream cheese. Mix sour cream, green pepper, garlic salt, onion and beef. Place in baking dish. Sauté pecans in dab of butter. Sprinkle over dip. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
