EASY STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 qt. fresh strawberries
8 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
Paraffin
Canning jars

Slowly warm strawberries until cooked. Add vinegar and sugar. Cook for 18 minutes. Allow to cool; pour into jars and cover with paraffin. Only do one recipe at a time. Makes 2 quarts.
