COCONUT-PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 sm. finely chopped green peppers
1 sm. to med. size onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. grated coconut

Beat in mixer the first 5 ingredients. Divide into 2 equal parts. Put coconut on Handi Wrap and roll cheese ball in it; then wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve in 1/2 pineapple (hollowed out). Garnish with ivy and strawberries. Add crackers for serving.
