MEXICALI DIP 
2 c. Velveeta cheese (sm. cubes)
1 can chili without beans
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
2-3 sm. Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine

Mix together. Bake in crock pot for 30 minutes. You may also heat in microwave until cheese is melted if you wish. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
