ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, finely diced
1 sm. onion, finely diced
1 1/2 tbsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. basil
1 egg
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
2 slices bread, finely crumbled
Spaghetti sauce

Place ground beef in a mixing bowl and add green pepper and onion. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano, parsley flakes, basil, Worcestershire sauce and Parmesan cheese. Add the egg and bread crumbs. Mix well. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch round balls. Brown on all sides over medium heat in a skillet, then add the meatballs to the spaghetti sauce and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
