ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 slices bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce (such as Prego or Ragu)

Soak bread in some water 2 or 3 times, then squeeze out moisture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients except oil, mix and form small balls and brown slowly in hot oil. Drain on paper towels and then place in heated spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes.
