CHINESE BARBECUE PORK | |
1 tsp. ginger 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. catsup 1 lb. pork tenderloin Slice tenderloin into 2 strips. Cover with sauce and marinate 3 hours, turning frequently. Drain. Place on rack in oven and roast for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice thin and serve with mustard sauce or Chinese mustard. |
