ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
1 pkg. short bread cookies 1 stick butter, melted 2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 2 c. milk 2 pts. (1 qt) butter pecan ice cream Cool Whip 1 to 2 Heath bars Crush cookies, mix with butter. Press lightly on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix pudding mix, milk and softened ice cream. Mix until thick and well blended. Pour into cooled crust and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars before serving. |
