NORTHWOODS SPECIAL

1ST LAYER:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

2 lg. cream cheese
1/2 lg. Cool Whip

Blend. Spread on cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix. Let thicken. Spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

1/2 lg. Cool Whip

Spread over pudding.

5TH LAYER:

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
