1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (with juice)

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix above ingredients according to package. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool. Put icing on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
