ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour

ICING:

1 tbsp. grated orange rind
3/4 tbsp. grated lemon rind
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 2 lemons
1 1/2 lbs. 10X sugar

Cream butter, egg yolks and sugar together. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in alternately with flour. Cook in bite size muffin pans 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or just until edges begin to brown. Do not brown them.

Mix juice and rind to powdered sugar. Mixture will be thin. Dip the whole muffin while hot and place on rack to drip.
