ORANGE AVOCADO TOSS 
1 med. head lettuce
1 sm. cucumber, sliced
1 thinly sliced avocado
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

In large salad bowl, combine torn up lettuce, cucumber, avocado, oranges and onions. In a screw top jar, combine orange peel and juice, salad oil, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Cover tightly and shake well. Just before serving, pour over salad. Toss lightly. Makes 8 servings.
