4 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered 3 tsp. melted butter 3 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. paprika Combine lemon juice and butter in dish and roll potatoes in this to cover. Mix lemon peel, Parmesan cheese, and paprika and sprinkle over potatoes. Micrwoave in open dish 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
