POTATO WEDGES 
4 lg. Idaho potatoes, unpeeled

1/4 c. oil

4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Wash potatoes; cut each potato into 6 wedges. Place the wedges skin side down, in a greased baking dish. Combine the oil and remaining seasonings; brush evenly over the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. During the last 15 minutes, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
