POTATO WEDGES 
6 med. potatoes
3 tbsp. oil or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash cayenne pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese (or Cheez Whiz)

Wash potatoes. Cut into wedges; do not peel. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. Spread wedges in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with oil or butter, spices and herbs. bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
