LEMON HONEY YUMMY 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 env. Dream Whip
2/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in honey, lemon juice and rind. Chill until slightly thickened. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Beat gelatin with hand mixer until fluffy, then fold in whipped topping. Spread half the crumbs in bottom of 8" square pan. Spoon in gelatin mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
