LIGHT CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. pineapple chunks
3/4 c. toasted almonds or cashews
2 c. seedless grapes, halved
2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. pkg. circle or shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. diet mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 c. pineapple juice

Combine chicken, pineapple, nuts, grapes, celery and macaroni. Mix mayo, yogurt, sugar and juice together and pour over other ingredients. Mix and serve.
