LAYERED STEW 
1 layer beef cubes, tenderized if possible
Carrots in chunks
Potatoes in quarters
Onions
Drained whole kernel corn (1 can)
Spread 1 can tomato soup on top (or 1 can tomatoes)
1 c. white wine or beer
Salt and pepper

Do not stir. Bake in small roaster, covered at 250 degrees until carrots and potatoes are tender.
