MOMA'S STEW | |
1 1/2 lb. top ground meat 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 cans golden mushroom soup 2-4 cans water 2-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 pkg. onion soup mix Pepper & salt to taste 4-6 med. size potatoes, cut in sm. pieces, not fine Brown ground meat with onion, pour off any fat. Add soup and water, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add potatoes, lower flame to simmer on low, cook until done, about 30 to 40 minutes. Cook covered. A Dutch oven is recommended. |
