3 lbs. cubed top round
1 lg. pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms

Put all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 8-12 hours. I serve this with Rice Pilaf.
