ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
2 c. frozen green English peas
Grated cheese (hard or soft) of your choice - 1/4 c.
1 tsp. grated onion
Ranch dressing in desired amount

Put peas on towels to drain thoroughly. Do not cook. Put into serving dish. Add grated cheese and onion. Pour Ranch dressing over in desired amount. Toss gently but well. Cover tightly and let stand overnight.

NOTE: Sliced hard boiled eggs may be added before tossing if desired.
