LETTUCE AND SEVEN PEA SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 sm. bunches of green onion, chopped fine
1 sm. bag frozen peas, thawed (don't cook)
1 heaping tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. of mayonnaise, or Ranch dressing
7 to 8 slices crisp bacon, broken in pieces
Parmesan or Cheddar, shredded cheese

Put lettuce in casserole, sprinkle with sugar, spread peas over lettuce and sugar. Put onions over peas. Spread mayonnaise over onions.

Sprinkle liberally with cheese and put crumbled bacon over cheese. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
