LETTUCE AND PEA SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs
8 slices bacon
1 box frozen peas
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sugar
Milk

Fry and crumble bacon, cool and drain peas. Layer lettuce, eggs, (chopped), green pepper, bacon, cheese, peas and onion in 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover with mayonnaise, sugar and milk. Refrigerate.
