6-LAYER PEA SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. frozen green peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 green onions, chopped, include tops
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix - prepare with mayonnaise, omit buttermilk

Use a medium size pretty glass bowl. Spread peas in bottom. Add each ingredient in order listed. Spread the dressing over top to make topping. Make sure the dressing seals the salad to edges of bowl. Make well in advance and serve well-chilled.
