LAYERED PEA SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1 pkg. cooked frozen peas (or 1 lg. can peas)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 c. sharp or cheddar cheese, grated

In flat bowl or pan make a bed of finely sliced lettuce, layer peas on lettuce. Sprinkle onion on top of peas. Cover with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Then top with crumbled bacon.
