SUMISO DRESSING 
1 tbsp. white miso
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sake
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Combine miso, vinegar, sugar, sake and soy sauce. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. This dressing is good on scallions and aburage mixture or scallion and scallops or clams mixture.
