CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk, whipped
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O mix
Graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter

Mix Jell-O with 3/4 cup hot water and let cool. Mix cool Jell-O with cream cheese, whipped evaporated milk and sugar. Crunch up enough graham crackers to mix with melted butter to cover bottom of glass pie dish. Pour mixture into pie dish and top with graham cracker crumbs.
