COCOA MERINGUE KISSES | |
3 egg whites Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa With mixer: beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Add cream of tartar, continue beating until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, continue beating until peaks are stiff. Add cocoa and beat until blended. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoons and bake 25 minutes. |
