2 egg whites 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped peanuts Beat egg whites until stiff with electric mixer. Add sugar and mix well. Egg whites should hold peaks. Fold in nuts with spatula or spoon. Drop mix by teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheets. Bake at 275°F for 40 mins. Let cool and peel off foil. Cookies will keep indefinitely in a tin container. |
