NEIMAN MARCUS OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. butter
24 oz. chocolate chips
4 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
8 oz. Hershey bar, grated
4 eggs
5 c. blended oatmeal
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped nuts

Measure oatmeal. Using blender, cut oatmeal into fine powder; set aside. In bowl, cream butter and both sugars together until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add to butter/sugar mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and chopped nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Makes 112 cookies.
