CRANBERRY APPLE DESSERT 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 apples, minced
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipping cream, slightly sweetened
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. cranberries, ground
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with crumbs. Cream butter, powdered sugar and eggs well; spread carefully on crumbs.

Combine apples, cranberries, pineapples and sugar. Spread on top. Whip cream - add vanilla and scant bit of sugar. Spread over fruit and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze covered. Put it in the refrigerator a few hours before serving.
