CHILI - TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
8 frozen or fresh tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can sliced baby tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) env. chili sauce mix
Sliced avocado
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Shredded lettuce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove frozen tortillas from package, if used and thaw. Brown meat in large skillet. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili sauce mix. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in beans, corn, and olives. Cut tortillas into quarters. Layer meat mixture and tortillas in 2 quart casserole, ending with tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes; garnish with shredded lettuce and avocado on top.
