CHILI CHICKEN 
1 cut up frying chicken or 2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
3 tbsp. oil
2 big onions, sliced
1 can tomatoes, preferably crushed
1 can tomato sauce or puree
1 lg. can red kidney beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen corn

Brown chicken in Dutch oven or heavy saucepan. Add onions and saute lightly. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder and salt, toss lightly and cook over low heat approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in frozen corn and cook additional 3 minutes. Variation: Add diced green pepper and/or sliced mushrooms.
