GREEN CHILI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can chopped green chili peppers
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
About 20 or more nacho chips
Black olives
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Put a little water in a pot and cook onions for a few minutes. Then add chicken, chili peppers, poultry seasoning, cream of chicken soup. Heat thoroughly.

Alternate starting with 1/2 of chips, chicken mixture, black olives and cheese. Repeat layers in that order. Cover and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until it bubbles around the side and cheese is melted.
