MEXICAN BARBECUE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1 can sliced black olives, drained
About 2 c. Fritos
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in chilies and barbecue sauce. Spoon into 8x8 inch baking dish.

Combine eggs and sour cream; mix well. Spread over meat mixture. Top with Fritos. Sprinkle with olive slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
