BANANA PUDDING 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
12 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. box vanilla wafers
2 c. whole milk
3 med. bananas

In blender combine Eagle Brand milk, 2 cups of whole milk and instant pudding. Whip for 45 seconds. Place in bowl and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Using a covered dish layer wafers, bananas and mixture, repeat until all mixture is used. Top with crushed wafers. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Tip: In order to keep the bananas from turning brown, slice them and let them soak in unsweetened lemon juice about three minutes.
